From demonic children to brutal warriors to singing sidekicks, I adore creating stories through any platform I can sink my teeth into (and being silly while doing it)! With a decade-long career in theater and music plus a degree in Psychology, I know how to get into the heads, hearts, and bodies of my characters, find the musicality of their words and perspectives, and immerse myself in their world while bringing in hints of my own attitude, opinions, and lived experiences.

I have a dynamic range of voices, characters, and styles within voiceover genres like video games, animation, commercials, narration, and more. I voice anything, from youthful (such as babies, children, teens, Gen Z, young adult) and animated/cartoony to conversational (girl next door) and realistic. I am easily directable, reliable, and easy to work with. You can rely on my quick turnaround, flexibility, and friendly professionalism.

Along with my natural mid to high vocal range, I can also perform various vocal skills, such as highly expressive (comedic) to grounded (dramatic) reads, authentic/vulnerable emotions and shifts, creature/monster sounds, animal noises, battle call outs/efforts/non-dialogue vocalizations, and even singing!

As someone who centers joy, fun, laughter, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Accessibility in my work and life, I’m always looking to help creators and innovators freely tell their stories. I’d be over the moon and back for you to be the next one!

I, Jonna-Lynn Alonso, DO NOT give permission for any Client to use any portion of my file, recording and/or performance for creation of synthetic or “cloned” voices or for machine learning; to simulate or sample my voice or likeness; to create any synthesized or “digital double” of my voice or likeness; to sell or transfer ownership to all or part of any of the original files recording of my performance to any third party for purposes of using the files for Artificial Intelligence (such as text to speech, or speech to speech uses) without my knowledge and consent; to enter into any agreements or contracts on my behalf which utilizes all or any part of any of the original files recording my performance for purposes of using the files for Artificial Intelligence (such as text to speech, or speech to speech uses) without my knowledge and consent; and to use good faith efforts to prevent any files of recordings or performances stored in digital format containing my voice or likeness from unauthorized access by third parties, and if such files are stored in “the cloud,” Client agrees to utilize services that offer safeguards through encryption or other “up-to date” technological means from unauthorized third party access.

Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted.
